Dylan is a lovely example of a what some people call a Jerusalem donkey with a steel grey coat a dorsal stripe and cross over his shoulders. He was brought to the Sanctuary because it became clear to his owner the home he had with horses just didn’t satify his desperate need for fellow donkey company which made him unsettled and very noisy. He had overgrown feet as he was very reluctant to let anyone trim them and needed help from the vet to get them sorted out. He was born around 2018 and came to the Sanctuary in May 2022 and although very noisy at first he soon settled in and made new friends.
As part of your adoption package, in addition to your certificate and photograph, you will have the opportunity to come along and meet him at his home on Hayling Island at one of our Open Days.
