Description
Sparky by name and sparky by nature this lovable, cheeky chap is learning something new every day from the other donkeys. He came to the sanctuary with his mum Annie after a change in their owners circumstances meant they needed a new home. He was born around 2015 in the same paddock he has shared with his mum for the last seven years and since arriving at the sanctuary in June 2022 has had a lot to learn about living in a herd and how to act around the others. He is gradually finding his feet and is doing well learning how to have his feet, teeth and other necessary jobs done. There are several younger donkeys at the sanctuary for him to play donkey games with whilst giving his mum some peace and quiet.
As part of your adoption package, in addition to your certificate and photograph, you will have the opportunity to come along and meet him at his home on Hayling Island at one of our Open Days.
